Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund. We have a 30-day return policy for store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact jt6knp2g47@privaterelay.appleid.com with pictures and an explanation of the issue. Returns must be sent to 408 Silver Chase Dr., Keller, TX 76248 after approval.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Buyer pays return shipping. Return within 14 days for a refund or exchange, or between 15–30 days for store credit or exchange.
